1. Your Right to Return

You have the right to return CovaCore within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund under UK Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (Directive 2011/83/EU). This applies across the United Kingdom.

2. Condition of Return

The package must be:

  • Unopened - the seal must not be broken.
  • Unused - no capsules removed or consumed.
  • In original packaging - box and all contents intact.

Once you open CovaCore, for food safety reasons, it cannot be returned (even if unused). This is a legal requirement for food supplements.

3. Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once the package has been dispatched by Royal Mail, you must follow the returns process below.

4. How to Return CovaCore

  1. Contact us: Email info@floranatureei.world or call +44 20 7946 0123 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) with your order number.
  2. We provide instructions: We'll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. You ship it back: Send the unopened package via Royal Mail Special Delivery (or similar tracked service) to our address.
  4. We process the refund: Upon receipt of your return, we'll process a full refund within 14 days.

5. Return Postage

  • Our fault (wrong item, damaged package): We cover return postage.
  • Change of mind: You pay return postage (typically £3-5 via Royal Mail Special Delivery).

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned package in its original condition, we'll process a refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (the bank account you provided at delivery).

7. What If CovaCore Arrives Damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  • Contact us immediately at info@floranatureei.world.
  • Provide photos of the damage.
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Refusal to Return

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used packages
  • Packages without original packaging
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items without clear tracking evidence of return

9. No Questions Asked

You don't need to give a reason to return unopened CovaCore within 14 days. Simply follow the process above, and you'll receive your refund.
